Price includes
3 nights 3* hotel accommodation with breakfast, return transfers airport – hotel – sports ground, Barca 7’s team entry and player participation fees, ISL representation, tourist information package and all current taxes.
Flights
Flights are available from most U.K. airports, we can assist if required.
Accommodation
We use 3* hotels in Barcelona, teams also have the option of staying on
the coast and enjoying the autumn sunshine in Lloret de Mar. All rooms are twin or triple bedded with shower, w.c. and satellite T.V. and breakfast is included. Extra nights / less nights are available at additional cost.
Football
The tournament is played on the Espanyol training grounds at Montjuich overlooking Barcelona and next to the Olympic Stadium. There is a clubhouse with bar, changing rooms and first aid facility.
Matches are 2 x 10 minutes and all teams play a minimum of 5 games. It is anticipated that 8-10 teams will participate in the event.
Teams are expected from England and Catalonia with teams also representing ex-pat communities in Barcelona.
Location
Barcelona, a bustling, vibrant city of 3 million people, is nestled between the hills
of Catalonia and the Mediterranean sea, and offers a winning combination of sun,
sea, sand, and soccer. The city has great nightlife too, with bars, clubs and
restaurants open until the early hours.
Social Programme
We use an Irish Pub in as the local Tournament H.Q. for the weekend. Here we
hold an informal Welcome drink and the Trophy Presentations are made here. A tour of the Nou Camp stadium and museum can be arranged and match tickets for home games at Barcelona or Espanyol can be supplied if required.
